Training Week Ending January 4-5, 2014
Greetings, runners! Please tell us about your past training week and upcoming goals

As a reminder, we have the TRAINING YEAR 2013 thread going on (posted on January 1, 2014)

Mon 10 mi (1:19) treadmill
Tue 11.7 mi (1:33)
Wed 11.7 mi (1:43)
Thu 9 mi (1:10) treadmill
Fri 8.2 mi (1:00) treadmill
Sat 9 mi (1:10) treadmill
Sun 12.5 mi (1:35) treadmill

Total: 72 miles ( 9 hrs 30 min)

the highlight of the week was 1hr on treadmill immediately
after 3hrs of shoveling the snow, clearing up the driveway
and the cars. the snowmageddon sort of lived up to expectations

Been a bit of a lazy bum this week. Ready to get serious this week.

Monday - 5 miles, 8:30 pace.
Tuesday - forced rest (family issues)
Wednesday - more forced rest
Thursday - yoga
Friday - 5 miles, 8:30 pace.
Saturday - 16 miles, 8:48 pace.
Sunday - 6 miles, 8:45 pace.

32 miles.

The ten days prior I ran 70 miles with two days off. I'm content with this. This week's training plan - between 46 and 48 miles.
