Tuesday - forced rest (family issues)
Wednesday - more forced rest
Thursday - yoga
Friday - 5 miles, 8:30 pace.
Saturday - 16 miles, 8:48 pace.
Sunday - 6 miles, 8:45 pace.
The ten days prior I ran 70 miles with two days off. I'm content with this. This week's training plan - between 46 and 48 miles.
