Hey runners! It's been a while since I got to post a dailies and I'm guessing most of you are otherwise occupied on this holiday (or on this Wednesday for you foreigners and ex-pats) so I'm jumping in!
I got a pretty good 19 miles in today. I set off intending to only do an easy 90 minutes but ended up with an extra hour. That got me down to the beach and I'm glad because it doesn't feel like the Fourth of July without some time at the beach (however brief). Now it's time for a beer and some grilled food and fireworks. Happy birthday America indeed!
So what is/was everyone else up to today, training and otherwise?
And how did you/are you spending your holiday (or if you don't celebrate this one, how do you celebrate your country's big national holiday?)
